Open Visits, create the property, and leave any non-essential fields blank if they slow you down.

Build the scope
Work system by system, tag each line item to a room or area, and use system notes when you need context without adding budget.
Step 3
Review the handoff
Open Review and confirm the totals, room rollup, and flagged notes are enough to support the next conversation.
